There is a State regulation to complete this form – any information shared will always remain private and never given out or sold. The State says an Investor cannot invest in a single note more than 10% of their net worth. If an Investor’s net worth is 1 million then they can only invest $100,000 in a single Note. They can invest in 5, 10 or 15 different Notes, but not above $100,000 for any single Note. This form is how we can confirm you are an accredited Investor and sign you up for our Lender list.
