We are excited to announce that we are launching a new investor platform that will allow you to view upcoming available trust deeds, prior to them being sent out in our emailed opportunities!

We hope you find the below information and platform as beneficial as we do.

We are always looking for ways to make our Trust Deed investment process more transparent, more organized, and easier to navigate, especially for investors who like to review opportunities in advance, or at a moment’s notice (such as when a loan pays off and you now have funds to reinvest).

This feature is completely optional, so if you prefer to have early access while the full investment file is still being assembled, this will provide you that access! It offers an easy way to preview the available details and get first consideration for any investment.

Through this platform, you will be able to:

• Reinvest your funds fast, if you get any payoffs.
• Review upcoming opportunities before they are emailed out to all Investors.
• Take your time to preview key loan details and property highlights.
• Indicate if you would like to take the trust deed, based on the data available and your own underwriting guidelines.
• Stay informed and organized, without feeling rushed when numerous investment opportunities are emailed out.

We are offering this as many of our investors have told us they don’t require as much underwriting items as are currently gathered, and they appreciate being able to plan ahead, especially when they are actively looking for their next Trust Deed placement, or when they want more time to review an opportunity before deciding on their approval.

This new system is designed to support that process, while keeping the same standards we’ve always followed: clear communication, strong service, and a high level of care for every investment and investor relationship.

As the company owners, we invest in trust deeds ourselves but also understand that every investor has their own underwriting criteria. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to evaluate each opportunity confidently, while delivering a 5-star experience from start to finish, from the initial review, through funding, and then over to our loan servicing and management company.
